Salary:    £7.50 - £8.00 p hour
Duties:

* manage all incoming and outgoing post
* Ensure all documents are are scanned on to system
* Checking scanned cheques are ready for banking
* Support business area with the admin needs and overflow
* Manage and distribute all emails, allocating them to relevant department
* archiving documents
* reconciliation of cash from incoming post
